Thirty-five smart streetlights were unveiled in Guangzhou, capital of southern China’s Guangdong province, to promote the building of 5G smart cities.

Multifunctional

The smart streetlights can serve as video surveillance devices, telecommunication base stations, road signs and even as battery chargers.

On this simple street lamp, the function like original video surveillance, base station, road signs and other elements of Tianhe South Second Road are collected.

The public can check the road conditions, connect with WIFI, search for city information, etc. on the touch screen of the street lamp base. 

After integration, the current road components of Tianhe South Second Road have been reduced from the original 52 to 35, which not only improves the street environment but also reduces the cost of social public utilities in the future.

Charge

Some streetlights are also equipped with 60 kilowatt charging piles that can charge a new energy vehicle’s battery by 80 percent within just half an hour, which is much faster than the current of 7 kilowatts commonly used in other domestic smart streetlights.

In recent days, some netizens found that Tencent is about to release logout feature in the next new version of QQ. If the new feature goes online, would you choose to log out?

If you reply ”log out QQ” (QQ软件注销) on Tencent customer services public account, you can receive a massage about logging out QQ. 

Actually, Tencent customer service replied that the QQ number logout feature will be implemented in QQ7.9.9 and above version, and when the condition is available, you can apply for log out.

According to the display of APP Store, the current Android version of the mobile QQ is 7.9.8, and the update time is January 30, 2019.

On March 21,2018, the team of Tencent QQ used to launch gray level test for logging out QQ number, gathering a lot of feedback about the feature. In order to provide users’ a better usage experience, the team will launch this feature online again after optimizing. 

These QQ number will be confiscated.

Under these circumstances, QQ number will be recycled and logged out:

• Ordinary QQ number don’t login for 3 days after register;

• After register, and login in 24 hours, but don’t login in 45 days;

• Without logging in for 3 months, QQ number may be recycled;

• Beautiful QQ member business expires more than 90 days without renewal, the number will be recycled by the system.

• Q point and Q coin;

• The balance of account payable;

It’s stipulated that companies should submit their annual reports from January 1st to June 30th each year. Companies that fail to submit their Annual Reports within this period will be added to the “Poorly Performing Company List”.

• Fails to submit Annual Report to the government. Those who refuse to make corrections or disobeying the government will be incur a penalty. The penalty is 100-1,000 RMB.

• Withholds the truth, practices frauds when publicizes information and Annual Report. The penalty is 10,000-30,000 RMB (for illegal enterprise), or 500-5,000 RMB (for individual business).

The corporate annual report is seen as an indicator of a company’s attitude towards credit, so if you fail to submit it on time, your company will be considered to have lost its credibility and will not be trusted elsewhere, which must be torturing for you.

According to statistics from the State Administration for Industry & Commerce, the number of registered market entities around China has reached 110 million by the end of  2018, including 34.742 million enterprises. This means that this year there will be more than 100 million market entities involved in the annual report submission, which can be overwhelming for the online systems. 

 

Avoid the Peak Time

Companies should submit their annual reports from January 1st to June 30th each year, but most companies will choose to submit their annual  reports in the last 2 months of the specific period. At that time, the system will be so busy that it may get stuck or even crash. Please try to avoid the peak time.
