Medical expenses incurred before December 15 of the same year shall be claimed and settled before December 20 of each year;
The medical expenses incurred from December 15th to December 31st shall be claimed and settled before January 20th of the following year;
December 31 of each year is the deadline of medical expenses settlement for the current year.
