An announcement about the cancellation of issuing Permit for Corporate Bank Account posted by the State Council Executive Meeting:

No Need Permit for Opening Basic Account

Since May 28, 2019, the Permit for Corporate Bank Account in Guangdong would be canceled. The system for opening, changing and canceling basic deposit account, temporary deposit account for the legal deputy, unincorporated enterprise as well as individual business(hereinafter referred to as enterprise) that set up in China will be changed from approval system to filling system. The People’s Bank of China won’t issue the Permit for opening a bank account, which shall no longer be regarded as the documentary evidence or proof.

 

No Need Permit for Opening Basic Account

 

After completing the audit, we will handle procedures for the eligible enterprise who apply for opening basic deposit account and temporary deposit account. Since the day of opening, corporate bank settlement account could deal with the capital collection and payment business. When it comes to these enterprises who apply for changing or canceling the previous basic deposit account, the name of temporary deposit account, the legal deputy or the head of the unit, please return the previous Permit.

 

No Need Permit for Opening Basic Account

 

In order to prevent illegal criminals from opening an account by assuming others’ name, we’ll check with the legal deputy(head of a unit) about the will of opening.

 

After canceling the Permit, enterprises who apply for opening a general deposit account, special deposit account, temporary deposit account shall provide the number of the basic deposit account to the bank.

 

No Need Permit for Opening Basic Account

 

We’ll offer enterprise the number of basic deposit account after opening. If you forget it, please apply for inquiring.

Before

  • At the time of opening, the People’s Bank of China will give you the Permit, which is used for opening other types of account.

  • Opening, changing, canceling basic and temporary deposit account shall be examined and approved by the People’s Bank of China.

  • Three workdays after opening, your account could deal with collection payment business.

 

After

  • The number replaces the Permit.

  • Change from approval system to the filling system.

  • You shall deal with the collection and payment business after opening.
