The increase of the maximum product limit for preferential tax policies

 

Since January 1, 2019, China will adjust the cross-border e-commerce tax policy for retail import, increase the maximum limit of the commodity quota for enjoying preferential tax policies, and expand the scope of the list.

The adjustment of the tax policy will increase the annual transaction limit from 20,000 yuan per person per year to 26,000 yuan and will increase the annual transaction limit accordingly, referring to the increase in residents’ income in the near future.

Increase a single transaction limit to 5000 yuan, while duty-paid price exceeding a single transaction limit and lower than annual transaction limit.

When the only one product was ordered, it can be imported from the cross-border e-commerce retail channel, and the customs duty, value-added tax and consumption tax in import link are levied in full according to the goods tax rate, and the transaction amount is included in the total annual transaction amount.

The adjustment of electronic entry permit numbers for Hong Kong and Macao

It is reported that in order to meet the needs of the issuing work, after the use of the existing number of resources, the process rules of the electronic entry permit numbers for Hong Kong and Macao will be adjusted to some extent accordingly.

Among them, the prefix letter“C“ remains invariable, the second digit is changed to the English alphabet (except I and O), and the third digit is still Arabic, and the total numbers of the digit are still 9.
