On Nov 13, HACOS held a recruitment talk in Guangdong Industry Polytechnic, the purpose of this campus talk was to hire some high-caliber talents from the college to better support HACOS’ in offering excellent services for expats who working & living in China.

Nearly 300 college students attended the talk, they showed great enthusiasm and interest in HACOS’ business and the career guidance shared by lecturers.

At the talk, Jessie, the co-founder of HACOS, shared her own experience on starting a business with attending students.

Besides that, Jessie introduced HACOS to students in many aspects including the company’s business scope and strengths, its strategies applied to talents recruitment and management. Jessie also answered students’ detailed questions concerning their career path and the requirements of job openings in HACOS. She encouraged students to challenge themselves bravely and carefully choose a career path.

Leo, the senior partner of HACOS, made a patient introduction of the company’s running club and reading club.

 

In the end, Jessie, Alice, the alumna of GD Industry Polytechnic, and Leo took turns to have interactive communications with on-site students and students asked many questions relating to the job openings from HACOS.

Before the holding of the talk, both HACOS and GD Industry Polytechnic prepared a lot for it. The successful conclusion of the talk showed that it achieved fruitful results. By attending the recruitment talk, many students expressed that the talk gave them a better understanding of their career path selection. 

In the upcoming future, HACOS will continue strengthening its cooperation with vocational colleges and universities to discover more talents and invite them to join HACOS.
